Since April, I have been a part of a cookbook club through Gather Goods Co. The premise is a group of 12ish people meet consistently once a month and each make a dish to share from the same cookbook. It's been a lot of fun and a great way to try out new recipes and taste things in cookbooks I wouldn't have otherwise tried. Here are the cookbooks we have cooked from so far this year:

Ever-Green Vietnamese

Ottolenghi Flavor

Indian - Ish

Simply West African

Easy Persian Cookbook

What to Cook When You Don't Feel Like Cooking

The stand-out dish for me from this cookbook was this Hella Green Pasta but I will say almost everyone wanted to buy a copy of this book after cooking from it.

I think the biggest common denominator between all the recipes is that they have literally all been amazing and it is so fun to try new flavors and have great conversations at the same time.
