Shipping policy

Orders are generally processed within a week of order receipt. Some items may be noted as pre-order and these could take longer to process. Most items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail service. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout. If you are able to pickup the item from 417 Kildaire Farm Rd in Cary, you may select local pickup at checkout and we will be in touch to make arrangements for you to receive your items. We will contact you if any unexpected delay arises. Classes are booked ahead of time and held on the date indicated.

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We may be able to ship internationally in certain cases; please contact us by email at orders@gathernc.com to inquire.

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Our Shop

Gather Goods Co is a gift shop featuring gorgeously curated, heirloom quality goods for the home, garden and self. You can shop in-person in our downtown Cary shop or online anytime.

We are also a coworking space with seven private offices that various entrepreneurs rent out as their work spaces. We also have “open coworking” memberships for those bringing their laptops and looking for remote working without a set office.

We host classes as well as intimate private events including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, reunions and more. We teach private classes as well as and can add these on to your event rental. Classes include flower crowns, embroidery, candle making, wreath making, terrariums and more.

We are open for shopping every Wed-Sun 11am-5pm and we are located at 417 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511
