Refund policy

Items that are unopened, unused, and in as-purchased condition may be returned within 7 days of receiving the item. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.

We cannot accept returns without an order number or receipt.

We do not offer exchanges.

Open items will incur an additional 15% restocking fee.

The following items are not eligible to be returned:

Perishable items such as food or flowers
Sale items
Opened body care products such as lotion, perfume, etc.
Classes, but we may be able to issue store credit if unused

Our Shop

Gather Goods Co is a gift shop featuring gorgeously curated, heirloom quality goods for the home, garden and self. You can shop in-person in our downtown Cary shop or online anytime.

We are also a coworking space with seven private offices that various entrepreneurs rent out as their work spaces. We also have “open coworking” memberships for those bringing their laptops and looking for remote working without a set office.

We host classes as well as intimate private events including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, reunions and more. We teach private classes as well as and can add these on to your event rental. Classes include flower crowns, embroidery, candle making, wreath making, terrariums and more.

We are open for shopping in-person every Tues-Sun 11am-5pm and we are located at 417 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511. Our online shop is open 24/7.
