I've been switching up my morning routine and trying to add in more cozy and joyful activities. Here's my dining room table filled with watercolor, piles of cookbooks, a fern that is overdue on watering...pretty typical scene.

A couple friends and I are taking a wheel throwing pottery class at the moment. This is my third time taking this class and I am still working on getting the hang of centering.

I packed up wholesale orders of my product designs that I shipped out to other stores around the country like mine that sell work by emerging makers like myself.

I hosted the fine artist and quilter Michelle Wilkie as she talked to community coworker members and others about how to take an idea and turn it into implementation.

I hosted and taught a private flower arranging class for the interior design company Tew Designs as part of a day-long company retreat they hosted in our upstairs coworking and classroom space.

We had a Birth Chart 101 Class taught by my friend and Gather Goods Co community coworker, Katy.

I taught a private flower arranging class for a mother and her two grown daughters (and one of their boyfriends) as a birthday celebration.

I taught a beginner watercolor class on a sunny Sunday afternoon.

I taught a dried flower wreath workshop.

I taught a private embroidery class for an 11-year old's birthday party.

Katy taught a Tarot 101 class.

I assembled a lot of embroidery kits and taught another beginner embroidery class.

At home, I planted fall plants (too early, it remained too hot for them)

I made chaotic front planters for my porch.

I've been enjoying dahlia and swamp sunflower season!
