This enchantingly bright nut butter is like spreadable lemon coconut cookies in a jar, hence the name change from “Lemon Coconut” to Lemon Cookie in March 2024.

Organic cashews, real lemon, Organic coconut nectar, and flaky Jacobsen sea salt combine with the crispy texture of house-toasted coconut to make an out-of-this-world burst of sweet sunshine. We love it mixed into yogurt bowls, atop toast with fresh fruit, or as a substitute for peanut butter in homemade cookies.

Our Shop

Gather Goods Co is a gift shop featuring gorgeously curated, heirloom quality goods for the home, garden and self. You can shop in-person in our downtown Cary shop or online anytime.

We are also a coworking space with seven private offices that various entrepreneurs rent out as their work spaces. We also have “open coworking” memberships for those bringing their laptops and looking for remote working without a set office.

We host classes as well as intimate private events including baby showers, bridal showers, birthday parties, reunions and more. We teach private classes as well as and can add these on to your event rental. Classes include flower crowns, embroidery, candle making, wreath making, terrariums and more.

We are open for shopping every Wed-Sun 11am-5pm and we are located at 417 Kildaire Farm Road, Cary, NC 27511
